Inoscope User Guide
Welcome to Inoscope — the professional AI platform for creating structured scope and cost estimates from real-world construction project information. Inoscope analyses photos, plans, documents, and natural language inputs to identify materials, detect damage or required works, and generate quantities and pricing.
Inoscope supports three distinct assessment types, each designed for a different workflow:
| Assessment Type | Who it's for | How it works |
|---|---|---|
| Damage Assessment | Loss adjusters, insurance professionals, building inspectors | Upload site photos → AI detects and categorises damage → generate repair scope and line items |
| General Work Assessment | Contractors, property managers | Upload photos and notes → scope maintenance, renovation, or repair work → build a costed estimate |
| Tender Assessment | Quantity surveyors, estimators, contractors | Upload SOQ, BOQ, drawings, and specs → AI extracts line items, prices against rate book → export a fully-costed tender |
